Received a telephone call from another island birder, telling me that the White rumped sandpiper ! was now visible from the Layer bretton causeway. After spending a couple of hours looking for this bird it was not located.Thankfully it was re -located the following day and this time i was lucky enough to gain a few photos of this American visitor and a life tick for me. Cheers Andy for the call.
